About Liz Williams

I know how stressful life can be and I wanted to offer something tangible to people that would help them in life to maintain their health and wellbeing and reduce stress.

I decided to alter my career and started my journey to becoming a Complementary Therapist. Before learning any of the practical courses it was necessary to start with Anatomy and Physiology, so I studied for my ITEC diploma in Anatomy and Physiology at Bournemouth and Poole college, then studied for the rest of my courses at the locally based Serenity School of Complementary Therapies including ITEC Holistic Massage, ITEC Indian Head Massage and ITEC Reflexology and ITEC Aromatherapy, whilst also learning Reiki and Hopi Ear Candling, so you can be assured you are in safe hands with a qualified therapist.

I have also incorporated beauty treatments into my practice including body waxing and intimate waxing (both male and female intimate waxing), Facials, Manicure and Pedicure and Callus Peel treatments (hard skin removal). The demand for intimate waxing treatments has been high and intimate waxing is now one of my main specialisms.

Orchid Aromatics

Liz is passionate about using essential oils to improve health and wellbeing and in 2016 launched Orchid Candles. Orchid Candles are aromatherapy candles handmade by Liz and provide a luxurious product for use at home or in the workplace. The candles are made with soy wax and 100% essential oils only, therefore are toxin and chemical free!
